How to Run a Hybrid Webinar

 

A hybrid webinar uses a pre-recorded video while allowing you to interact with attendees in real time through chat, polls, Q&A, and offers. Instead of presenting live on camera, the session runs on video playback while you engage with participants throughout the webinar.

 

Note: Hybrid webinars are created using the Live Webinar option and run using pre-recorded video content. The host cannot go live on camera during this type of webinar.

Before You Begin: Ensure your hybrid webinar is already created and has a video added. You can then run it from the webinar studio.

 

Note: Hybrid webinars have no duration limit. You can continue interacting with attendees even after the video ends.

Steps to Run a Hybrid Webinar

 

Step 1: Open the Webinar Studio

 

Go to My Webinars, locate your Live webinar

 

Click Show Sessions next to the webinar title to view all sessions included in the webinar series. Then, select the desired session and click Go to Studio.

 

 

Step 2: Start the Broadcast

 

In the studio, you will see a placeholder where your video will play.

 

 

Click Start Broadcast (top-right or center) to begin the session.

 


This action starts the video playback for attendees.

 

Step 3: Engage With Attendees

 

While the video plays, use the available tools to interact:
