How to Access and Analyze Webinar Statistics
Understanding your webinar statistics is key to optimizing content and boosting engagement. This article explains how to access, analyze, and utilize the statistics to improve your webinar performance.

To Access Webinar Statistics
Step 1: In the dashboard, click the graph icon on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Choose the webinar you want to check from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: You can also find the webinar in My Webinars. Click "Options" to the right of your webinar, then click "View Statistics."
From here, you can get:
Quick Stats
View the unique number of visits to your registration page, along with the counts of registrants, attendees, and replay attendees.
Conversion and Engagement
Conversion Rates
This section provides a snapshot of your webinar's sign-up rates, show-up rates, and replay show-up rates.
Additionally, you'll find a graph that allows you to display and compare the number of Unique Visits, Registrants, Attendees, and Replay Attendees.
Engagement
Click the Engagement tab to view detailed metrics on how many attendees participated in your webinar, watched the replay, joined the chat, and more. You can easily see the list of registrants for each action by clicking on the corresponding numbers.
Watch time
To check the watch time for each attendee, simply click the number above 'attended webinar.' This will display the time (in minutes) each attendee spent watching your webinar, giving you a clear view of their engagement levels.
View replay attendees and replay watch time
To view the replay attendees and their watch time, click on the number above 'attended replay.' This will show you the list of registrants who watched the replay along with the exact duration they spent watching it.
Use the graph below to compare attendance with chat participation, replay attendance, and other engagement metrics. Adjust the options to gain the specific insights you need, allowing you to better understand your audience's behavior.
Registrants and Attendees
View the complete list of your registrants and attendees here, including their names, email addresses, registration dates, and whether they joined your webinar. You can also see any additional information they provided through the form you created.
You can deregister any participant from your webinar by selecting the option on the far right of each registrant's details. If you add custom fields to your registration form, you'll see that information here as well.
Chat and Questions
View all chat messages, both public and private, in this section. Switch between the tabs to see messages that were shared publicly or privately during the webinar.
To manage audience questions, click the Questions tab, where you can easily find all open and answered questions.
Polls
Find your poll results displayed to the right of the Chat and Questions section. This area provides a clear summary of how your audience responded to each poll question, allowing you to quickly gauge their preferences and opinions.
Check and download webinar registrations
View the list of registrants and attendees for your webinar and download the list as a CSV file
Step 1: Click My Webinars on the left menu and look for the webinar for which you want information.
Step 2: Click Options to the right of it, then click View Statistics from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: On the next page, you can see the statistics for your webinar. For automated webinars, you need to select the specific session from the dropdown menu to view its individual statistics.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Registrants and Attendees section. Here, you can view the email addresses of all your registrants. The 'Joined' column shows the date and time when a registrant logged into your webinar (with 'N/A' for those who did not join). You'll also see details about how long each attendee stayed on the webinar and how long they watched the replay.
You can easily deregister unwanted registrants by clicking on the deregister icon next to their name in the list.
Step 5: Click Export to CSV to download the data of your registrants.
Note: After exporting, open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application to view your data. You can easily identify registrants who attended the webinar by sorting the 'Joined Session' column. Those who attended will be marked with a "Y," while those who did not will have an "N."
The file also includes the 'Session Join Date' and 'Session Join Time' columns, which show when attendees joined the webinar. Additionally, the CSV file contains details on each attendee's watch time (found in the 'Session Duration' column) and replay watch time (in the 'Replay Duration' column), helping you analyze their engagement in detail.
Check and export webinar chat logs
The chat log automatically stores every conversation held during your webinar, allowing you to reference and export these discussions as a file. Webinar statistics, including chat logs, become available within an hour after your webinar ends.
Step 1: Click My Webinars on the left menu, then select Past Webinars to view all your previous webinars.
Step 2: Click Options next to the webinar title, then select View Statistics from the dropdown menu.
For automated and series webinars, select the specific session from the dropdown menu to view its individual statistics.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Chat and Questions section and click the "Chat tab." This will display the entire discussion thread from your webinar. To download the chat data as a CSV file, simply click "Export to CSV."
Check and export questions from a webinar
In the Questions area, your attendees can submit questions for you to answer during the webinar, and you can review those questions afterward. This feature offers a more organized alternative to the chat window, as each question is listed individually along with your responses, whether via video, comment, or email. This ensures no question is missed or left unanswered.

To Review and Export the Questions
Step 1: Click My Webinars on the left, then select Past Webinars to view all of your previously run webinars.
Step 2: Find the webinar for which you want to review questions. Click Options next to the webinar title, then select View Statistics from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Chat and Questions section, then click the Questions tab. This will display all the questions posted during the webinar, allowing you to review and respond to them as needed.
Step 4: Click Export to CSV to download the data as a .csv file.
Check and export poll results from a webinar

To Review Poll Results
Step 1: Click My Webinars on the left menu, then select Past Webinars to view all of your previously run webinars.
Step 2: Look for the webinar for which you want to review polls. Click Options to the right of the webinar, then click View Statistics.
Step 3: Scroll down the page to Poll Results, where the polls you created on the webinar are shown with their results. Click Export to CSV to download all of the poll results as a .csv file.
