How to Create a Hybrid Webinar

In a hybrid webinar, you can chat with attendees, take questions, create polls and offers, and provide handouts while a pre-recorded video plays.

Note: You cannot go live on camera in a hybrid webinar.

Use Case:

Hybrid webinars are particularly useful in the healthcare industry. For instance, a medical institution can use a hybrid webinar to deliver pre-recorded training sessions on new medical procedures to a large group of healthcare professionals. During the webinar, instructors can interact with attendees, answer questions, and conduct polls to assess understanding without the need for live presentations.

Benefits:

  1. Enhanced Engagement: Interactive features like chat, polls, and Q&A sessions ensure participants stay engaged and can clarify their doubts in real time.

  2. Consistency in Training: Pre-recorded content ensures that all attendees receive the same high-quality information, eliminating variability in training sessions.
