How to Create a Hybrid Webinar (Using Live Webinar)

Hybrid webinars are created using the Live Webinar option and run using pre-recorded video content. The host cannot go live on camera during this type of webinar.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Engagement: Interactive features like chat, polls, and Q&A sessions ensure participants stay engaged and can clarify their doubts in real time.

  • Consistency in Training: Pre-recorded content ensures that all attendees receive the same high-quality information, eliminating variability in training sessions.

Example:

Hybrid webinars are particularly useful in the healthcare industry. For instance, a medical institution can use a hybrid webinar to deliver pre-recorded training sessions on new medical procedures to a large group of healthcare professionals. During the webinar, instructors can interact with attendees, answer questions, and conduct polls to assess understanding without the need for live presentations.
