How to Edit a Hybrid Webinar
Edit the details of your hybrid webinar to change its title, reschedule it, or update the video.

Event Management: Hybrid webinars are useful for event organizers to update schedules, presenters, and video content to ensure smooth and timely delivery of events.
Benefits:

2. Improved Coordination: Helps keep all participants informed and content up to date.
To Edit a Webinar:
1. Click My Webinars on the left menu.
2. On the My Webinars page, find the webinar you want to edit. Click Options to the right, then choose Edit Webinar from the drop-down.
3. Edit the webinar details:
3.1: Rename or change the webinar title.
3.2: Add or remove a presenter:
- To add a presenter, click +Add presenter. A pop-up window will appear.
- Fill out the presenter's name and email address and the invitation email. Click Save when you're done.
- To remove a presenter, click on the remove icon next to the presenter's name.
3.3: Reschedule the date/time of the webinar.
3.4: Change or replace the video file. You can use a YouTube video, a live webinar replay, or upload a pre-recorded video. Supported video files include *.webm, *.mov, *.mp4, and *.m4v, with a size limit of 2 GB.
4. Once you've made all necessary changes, click Update Webinar.
To cancel your webinar, you need to archive it. Click the three dots to the right, then click Archive. For more details, see the relevant help article.
Before archiving the webinar, we recommend sending a custom email notification to your registrants to inform them that it has been canceled.
