How to Embed a Registration Form on Your Website

To Create a Registration Form
Step 1: Access Registration Form
- From the My Webinars page, choose the webinar for which you want to create the registration form. Click More -> Embedded Registration Form.

Step 2: Customize your Registration Form

Set up the initial text for the registration form. Use the formatting options to your preference.

Enter a text for the registration button.

- Choose a color for the registration button.

Choose if you want the button to be Rounded or Rectangular.

Click Yes to provide a solid background for your registration form. Click No if you want it to be transparent.

If you click Yes, select a background color.

- Make sure to click the Save button to finalize the registration form.

Your registration form is now ready to be embedded on your website.
To Embed the Registration Form on Your Website
Step 1: Locate the embedded code at the bottom of the registration form page and click the Copy Code icon to copy it.

Step 2: Navigate to the page where you want to embed the registration form. Locate the option to insert an iframe code. In this case, we are using Google Sites.

Step 3: Paste the copied code into the iframe section. Preview the page to ensure proper display.

Step 4: Publish your page, and that's it! You are now ready to accept registrations from your own site.
Once embedded, registrations completed through this form will be automatically added to your WebinarNinja registrants list. Attendees will also receive webinar email notifications.

You can set up a custom thank you page or keep the default thank you page. Either way, we suggest modifying the default thank you page, as this is where your registrants will wait for you before proceeding to the webinar page.
