How to Embed a Webinar Registration Form On a Custom Page

 

If you want to have people register for your webinar on Instapage or a custom landing page, we provide a registration form that you can embed in it. 

 

When people visit your website or custom landing page, they will see the registration form and be able to enter their name and email address right there! After registering, they will receive a confirmation email with their unique link and other details about the webinar.

 

Step 1: Open the Embedded Registration Form

 

  1. Go to Webinars and open My Webinars.

  2. Locate the webinar for which you want to embed the registration form.

  3. Click More next to the webinar.

  4. Select Embedded Registration Form.

 

 

This opens the registration form editor, where you can customize the text, button label, colors, and overall appearance of the form.

 

Step 2: Copy the Embed Code

 

  1. Review or customize the registration form settings if needed.

  2. Click Copy Code at the bottom-right of the page.

The embed code for your webinar registration form is now copied to your clipboard.

 

 

Step 3: Paste the Code on Your Custom Page

 

  1. Open the page where you want to embed the registration form (for example, your Instapage or website editor).

  2. Switch the page to edit mode.

  3. Add an HTML element/block to the page.

  4. Paste the copied registration form code into the HTML block.

  5. Position the HTML block wherever you want the form to appear and save your changes.

To view the embedded form, preview the page or open the live URL.

 

Step 4: Publish Your Page

 

Publish your page once you’re done editing. Your custom page is now ready to accept webinar registrations.

Note: Embedded registration forms are not available for paid webinars.

 

Workaround for paid webinars:


You can add a button or link on your website that redirects visitors to your hosted webinar registration page. This allows you to securely collect payments using the built-in Stripe integration.
