How to Archive a Webinar
Archiving a webinar removes it from your My Webinars page, making it inaccessible for registration or attendance.
Industrial Use Case:
Example: A marketing team frequently runs seasonal webinars. Once a season ends, they archive the old webinars to declutter their dashboard and focus on upcoming events.
Benefits:
- Streamlined Dashboard: Archiving helps keep your webinar dashboard organized by removing outdated or unnecessary webinars.
- Easy Recovery: Archived webinars can be restored effortlessly, ensuring you can retrieve content and participant data if needed.
To archive a webinar:
1. Locate the Webinar:
- Navigate to the webinar you wish to archive. Click the three dots icon on the far right of the webinar title.

2. Archive the Webinar:
- Select Archive from the dropdown menu. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Archive again to finalize the action.

Tip: Before archiving a webinar, send an email notification to all registrants to inform them of the change. This ensures they are aware of the cancellation and any alternative arrangements.
To restore an archived webinar:
1. Access Archived Webinars:
- Click the Archived Webinars tab to view all webinars you have archived.

2. Restore the Webinar:
- Find the webinar you wish to recover and click Restore. A confirmation message will appear, indicating the webinar has been successfully restored.

- You can now view the restored webinar under the Upcoming Webinars tab.

Note: Restoring a webinar will also recover any associated registrants and replay content. This is particularly useful if you need to reopen the webinar for additional viewings or registrations.
