In WebinarNinja, you can easily manage both registrants and attendees for your live webinar. This helps you stay informed about who has signed up and who is currently attending, ensuring smooth interactions during your broadcast.
Industrial Use Case
Corporate Training Webinars: For businesses conducting live training sessions, managing participants is essential. Being able to track who registered and attended helps ensure compliance with training requirements, and the ability to promote attendees to presenters allows for interactive collaboration.
Key Benefits
- Instant Attendee Control: Manage your attendees in real-time, allowing for quick actions like promoting participants or sending direct messages. This keeps the webinar flow under your control.
- Improved Security: By banning disruptive attendees and preventing re-entry, your webinar will remain a professional, distraction-free environment.
Steps to Manage Registrants and Attendees
1. In the Studio, you'll see the number of attendees and registrants displayed in the top right corner of the chat area.
2. Click on the numbers to view a detailed list. The Attendees tab shows the list of participants currently attending the live webinar. The Registrants tab shows all individuals who signed up for the event.
3. To interact with an attendee, click on their avatar. You can:
- Send a direct message
- Make a Presenter: Promote the attendee, allowing them to share their webcam, microphone, and screen with the audience.
- Ban: Remove a disruptive participant from the webinar and prevent them from rejoining.
4. If you need to unban a participant, click the Registrants tab, find their name, and select Allow back into webinar.
5. After your webinar ends, you can review who registered and who attended by navigating to your Statistics Page for a detailed breakdown.
Tip: Regularly check your attendee list during the webinar to ensure smooth interaction and address any potential issues quickly.
