How to Upload Slides for Your Webinar

 

Upload slides from PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides to your webinar in advance for a smooth webinar experience.

For example, if you're hosting a webinar on digital marketing strategies, you can upload your PowerPoint slides with key statistics and graphs beforehand, ensuring your audience receives a seamless presentation.

 

Benefits

  • Time Efficiency: Uploading slides before the webinar saves time and reduces stress during the live event.
  • Professional Presentation: Ensures that your presentation looks polished and is available without technical delays.
  • Avoid Technical Issues: Pre-uploading your slides minimizes the chances of encountering last-minute technical problems.

 

Supported slide files: *.key, *.ppt, or *.pptx, with a size limit of 500 MB.

 

Recommended slide settings:

  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • Resolutions: 1024×576, 1152×648, 1280×720, 1366×768, 1600×900, 1920×1080

 

Note: Animations, videos, and/or transition effects in your slides are not supported and will not work when uploaded to the webinar studio.

 

However, if your slides have any moving elements that are important for your attendees to see, simply share your screen instead.

 


 

To Upload Slides for Your Webinar

 

Step 1: In the My Webinars section, locate the webinar where you want to upload slides. Click on Enter Studio next to the webinar title.

Step 2: In the studio, click on the flip chart icon located on the left-hand sidebar.

Step 3: Click Add Presentation, then browse from your drives. The file will be converted in about one minute.
