Running a live webinar requires a stable internet connection to ensure smooth delivery. This help article will guide you through checking your connection quality in WebinarNinja, allowing you to identify and resolve any potential issues before your webinar starts.

 

Note: Whenever you enter the webinar studio prior to the webinar start time, the Configure Studio Settings window will pop up. Here you can test, enable, or disable different studio features.

Step 1: Click the Test Connection Tab.

Step 2: Click Run Test to check your connection to our servers.

Ideal results:

 

If the results differ from the ideal, you may experience impairments in audio or video quality. The video resolution adjusts according to the strength of your internet connection: from 640x480 @ 30 fps up to 1280x720 @ 30 fps.

 

Step 3: Click Start New Test or Enter Studio to proceed.

 

Step 4: To re-access the settings, click the Settings icon on the left side of the studio. The Studio Settings pop-up window will appear, allowing you to test your connection and adjust Video and Audio Advanced Settings.

 

For optimal performance, broadcast from a hard-wired device. If using Wi-Fi, ensure your signal is at 100% and stay as close to your router as possible.
