How to Publish Your Webinar

 

Before people can register for your webinar, you must publish it.

You can publish your webinar as either public or private:

  • Public: Your webinar will be visible in search engines and the Webinar Finder.
  • Private: The webinar will only be available to those who have the registration link.

 

To Publish Your Webinar

 

1. Navigate to My Webinars: Find the webinar you want to publish. Click Publish underneath the webinar title.

 

 

2. Select Visibility: Choose to publish the webinar as Public or Private.

 

 

3. Choose a Category: Select a category for your webinar.

 

 

4. Finalize Publishing: After choosing a category, click Publish.

 

 

Next, you can invite people to register for your webinar.

 

Tip: Publishing your webinar as public can significantly increase its reach, helping you connect with a larger audience.

 

Note: If you select private, make sure to share the registration link with your intended audience to ensure they can register.
