How to Clone a Webinar

 

Creating a webinar is quick and easy with WebinarNinja. Many of your webinar settings are pre-set and automated, with the flexibility to modify them as needed.

  • Consistency: Maintain uniformity in your branding, registration pages, and email notifications across all webinars.

 

When you need to replicate a webinar's setup, cloning allows you to copy essential components like registration pages, email notifications, polls, and offers. Note that the webinar recording and chat messages will not be carried over.

 

To clone your webinar and its settings for future use, follow these steps:

 

1. Click My Webinars on the left menu.

 

 

2. Find the webinar you want to clone under Upcoming Webinars or Past Webinars.

 

 

3. Once you've found your webinar, click the ellipsis (•••) icon to the right of the webinar title.

 

 

4. A small popup will appear. Click Clone to duplicate your webinar.

 

 

5. Another pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click OK to proceed.

 

 

A green notification will confirm the successful cloning at the top of the next page.

 

 

The cloned webinar will now be listed among your unpublished webinars. It will be identifiable by a number added to the end of the title.

 

 

Tip: If you clone a past webinar, the clone will appear under Upcoming Webinars. Make sure to update the details, such as date and time, to suit your needs. Here's a guide for editing webinar details.
