How to Remove a Registrant from Your Webinar

 

If you need to remove a registrant from your webinar, you can do it easily through the statistics page.

Industry professionals managing high-demand webinars can use this feature to free up slots for more relevant attendees or to maintain exclusivity.

Steps to Remove a Registrant:

1. Navigate to the Statistics section of your webinar.

 

 

Select the webinar from the Show Statistical Data dropdown for which you want to remove registrant.

 

 

Tip: For automated and series webinars, select the individual session from the drop-down list to find the correct registrant.

 

2. On the Statistics page, scroll down to Registrants and Attendees. You'll see a list of all the email addresses of people registered for your webinar.

 

 

3. Find the email address of the registrant you want to remove and click the Deregister icon next to it.

 

 

Note: Removing a registrant will prevent them from receiving any further updates or reminders about the webinar.
