To use a virtual background, first create a live webinar. Once your webinar is created and published, follow the steps below to set up a virtual background.
Step 1: In the My Webinars section, locate the webinar where you want to set the virtual background.
Click Show Sessions next to the webinar title to view all sessions included in the webinar series. Then, select the desired session and click Go to Studio.
Step 2: Add a Virtual Background
Navigate to the Background tab.
Here, you have two main options:
Virtual Background: Select from available preset backgrounds to instantly change your backdrop.
My Background: To create a custom background, switch to this tab, upload your image, and click Enter Studio.
To change the background during your live webinar:
Navigate to "three dots" in the panel.
Select "Virtual Background" to adjust the background as needed without interrupting the session.
