How to Edit an Automated Webinar

 

Edit your automated webinar to change the title, reschedule the webinar, or update the video URL.

 

Use Case:

A software company launches a new product and schedules an automated webinar for a product demo. Midway through the campaign, they realized they needed to update the webinar content with new features and adjust the timing based on audience feedback.

2. Improved Engagement: Reschedule webinars to better fit your audience’s availability, increasing participation rates.

 


To Edit Your Automated Webinar:

 

1. Access the Webinar for Editing

  • In My Webinars, find the automated webinar you want to edit.
  • Click Options to the right, then choose Edit Webinar from the drop-down.

 

 

2. Edit Webinar Details

  • Rename or Change the Webinar Title: Update the title to better reflect your content.

 

 

  • Edit the Sequence or Times per Day: Adjust how often and when your webinar runs.

 

 

  • Reschedule the Date/Time: Change the dates and times to suit your schedule.

 

 

3. Advanced Settings

  • Number of Available Dates/Times: Select how many dates and times to show on the registration page.
Tip: Limiting options can create a sense of urgency for potential registrants.

 

 

4. Change or Replace the Video File

  • Add or Replace Video: Update the video file used for your webinar.

 

Note: For recurring automated webinars, the video source must be changed at least 10 minutes before the start of the webinar.

 

 

5. Finalize Updates

  • When you're done, click Update Webinar. Your changes will be saved and the webinar will be updated.

 

Recommendation: Double-check all details before updating to ensure everything is correct.

 

 

6. Cancel Your Webinar

  • To cancel your webinar, you need to archive it instead.
  • Click the three dots to the right, then click Archive.
