How to Create a "Watch Now" Automated Webinar

 

Create an automated webinar that registrants can attend anytime to generate leads and sales. You can use a YouTube video, upload a video from your computer, or select a recording from past live webinars.

 

Tip: Record videos specifically for automation rather than using old live recordings.

 

Use Case:

A software company launches a new product and wants to educate potential customers about its features. By creating a 'Watch Now' automated webinar, the company can provide a seamless and consistent presentation to viewers at any time, increasing engagement and sales.

To Create a "Watch Now" Automated Webinar:

 

1. Create a New Webinar:

 

 

2. Select Webinar Type:

 

 

3. Enter Webinar Details:

 

Note: For a paid webinar, a Stripe account is required.

 

 

4. Choose Delivery Method:

 

Important: This cannot be changed later on.
Tip: Select Watch Now to make the webinar immediately available. The end date will not be displayed on the registration page.

 

 

 

 
Note: The registration page will have a drop-down menu for viewers to select their preferred viewing time.
 

 

5. Add Video Files:

 

Back to editing the webinar, click Add Video Files and choose a video to use on the webinar. A window will pop up where you can choose videos from your Media Library.

 
Tip: You can also upload a new video by clicking Add New Video in the pop-up window.

 

 

Note: For YouTube videos, you can set start and end times to use a specific part of the video. The video must be public or unlisted, not private.
