How to Create a "Watch Now" Automated Webinar

 

Create an automated webinar that registrants can attend at any time to generate leads and sales. You can use a YouTube video, upload a video from your computer, or select a recording from past live webinars.

 

Tip: Record videos specifically for automation rather than using old live recordings.

 

Use Case:

A software company launches a new product and wants to educate potential customers about its features. By creating a 'Watch Now' automated webinar, the company can provide a seamless and consistent presentation to viewers at any time, increasing engagement and sales.

 

Benefits:

 

1. 24/7 Availability: Allows potential customers to access the webinar at their convenience, increasing the chances of engagement.

2. Scalability: Enables the company to reach a larger audience without scheduling conflicts or additional resources.

 

To Create a "Watch Now" Automated Webinar:

 

1. Create a New Webinar:

 

 

2. Select Webinar Type:

  • Choose Automated.

 

 

3. Enter Webinar Details:

  • Enter a webinar title.
  • Set the webinar registration as free or paid.

 

Note: For a paid webinar, a Stripe account is required.

 

 

4. Choose Delivery Method:

  • Select Watch Now or Both.

 

Important: This cannot be changed later on.
Tip: Select Watch Now to make the webinar immediately available. The end date will not be displayed on the registration page.

 

 

  • Option: Choose Both to run the webinar daily, weekly, hourly, or monthly in addition to the immediate watch option. This allows registrants to choose between watching immediately or at scheduled times

 

 
Note: The registration page will have a drop-down menu for viewers to select their preferred viewing time.
 

 

5. Add Video Files:

  • Click Add Video Files and choose a video from your Media Library.

 

Back to editing the webinar, click Add Video Files and choose a video to use on the webinar. A window will pop up where you can choose videos from your Media Library.

 
Tip: You can also upload a new video by clicking Add New Video in the pop-up window.

 

 

Note: For YouTube videos, you can set start and end times to use a specific part of the video. The video must be public or unlisted, not private.

 

 

6. Set Player Controls:

  • Decide if you want player controls available for registrants during playback.

 

 

7. Create Webinar:

  • When you're all set, click Create Webinar.
