How to Ban an Attendee During a Webinar

You can remove and ban any attendee for any reason during a webinar.

To ban attendees:

You can find their names in the attendees' list. To check the attendee list, click on the attendee and registration count in the upper right corner of the studio.

A window with the list of attendees will open. Click the name of the attendee, then click Ban from webinar.

A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to ban the attendee. Click on Ban user to remove the attendee from the webinar.

The banned attendee will be disconnected from the webinar. They will no longer be able to view or participate. The banned email address will be blocked from registering to any of the host's webinars.

While the attendee is blocked, the host has the option to manually add a banned attendee as registrants to other webinars.

To unban a banned attendee:

You can unban a banned attendee by clicking Registrants, right beside Attendees. Click the name of the attendee, then click Allow back into the webinar.

A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to unban the attendee. Click on Allow back to allow the attendee to participate in the webinar again.

Note: Banned attendees will be blocked from registering and joining any WebinarNinja webinars. To unban a registrant, contact our support team.
