How to Hide Attendee Count on Your Webinar Page

Webinars offer an excellent platform for engaging with your audience. However, there are instances when you may want to keep specific details, such as the attendee count, private. By default, WebinarNinja displays the number of registrants and attendees to all participants. This help article guides you through the simple steps to hide this information, ensuring it remains visible only to you as the host.

Use Case:

Imagine you are hosting a webinar with a small group of attendees, and you want to avoid disclosing the exact number to maintain a professional image.

Benefits:

  • Maintain Professionalism: Hiding the attendee count can prevent distractions and maintain a professional atmosphere during the webinar.
  • Control Information: You decide what information is shared with your attendees, keeping the focus on the content rather than participant numbers.
  • Enhanced Privacy: By limiting visibility of the attendee count, you enhance privacy for all participants.
