How to Add & Play Videos in a Webinar

 

You can play any video from your library during a live webinar. This includes videos uploaded from YouTube or your own drives, as well as replays of past live webinars hosted on WebinarNinja.

 

You can upload videos in the webinar studio or in your media library.

 

Note: Supported file extensions are WEBM, MOV, MP4, M4V up to 2 GB


 

To play videos

 

Step 1: Click the Share option below the webinar screen, and select Share Video to open your video library.

 

 

Step 2: Choose a video from Uploaded, YouTube, or Replays then click Add Video.

 

 

The video will immediately start playing in the bottom left corner. Click the arrows over the recorded video stream to make it full screen, hiding your live video stream (and any other stream).

 

 

To exit fullscreen, click the arrows again.

 

 

Your attendees will now be watching your video!

 


While the video plays, your attendees will still be able to hear you. If you want, you can temporarily mute your mic from settings. For this, click on the three dots below the webinar screen, select Video & Audio Settings.

 

 

Turn off the Microphone button to mute your microphone.
