How to Manage and Customize Course Email Notifications

Customize the email notifications sent to students upon registering for a course.

Note: Course attendees will receive two email notifications upon registering for a course: a registration confirmation email and another email containing comprehensive details about the course, such as the dates and times of each session.

Example

Imagine you want to add a welcome note and a list of resources to the registration confirmation email your students receive. This guide will show you how to personalize these emails to enhance engagement and provide valuable information right from the start.

Benefits

  • Increased Engagement: Personalized emails create a more engaging experience by directly addressing the recipient’s interests and needs.
  • Better Information Dissemination: Custom notifications ensure that all relevant course details are communicated clearly and effectively, reducing confusion and helping students prepare for what's ahead.
  • Flexibility and Control: You can adjust the tone, content, and timing of your communications to better reflect the unique style and requirements of your courses.

Default Email Sequence

Upon registration, attendees are automatically sent two key email notifications:

  1. Course Registration Confirmation: sent immediately after registration
