Edit the details of your course to change the titles, reschedule each session, and/or update the video on pre-recorded sessions.

Edit the Course Details

Step 1: Go to the CoursesNinja dashboard and scroll down to see your list of courses.

Step 2: Find the course you want to edit under the Published Course or Draft Course.

Once you've found your course, click the ellipsis (•••) icon to the right of the course title and choose Edit from the small popup box.

You can also click the Manage Course button, then click Course Details from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: On the next page, you can edit the course details.

Rename or change the course title:

Edit the course type, whether paid or free:

You can also edit the price and the currency from this page.

Click the delete icon to remove a session.

You can also change the order of your sessions by dragging the move icon.

Step 4: Click Save.


Edit Sessions

Step 1: See your session list under the Course curriculum. Click the Edit Session icon.

Rename or change the session title and edit your description.

Reschedule the Date/Time for live sessions.

Change or replace the Video File of On-Demand Sessions.

You can use a YouTube video, live course replay, or upload a pre-recorded video. For uploaded pre-recorded videos supported video files are *.webm, *.mov, *.mp4, or *.m4v with a size limit of 2 GB.

Note: The video source has to be changed no less than 10 minutes into the start of the session.

Edit, delete, or add more handouts.

Step 2: Click Save Changes.

Step 3: Click Save


Add More Sessions

Step 1: Click the Add Session button.

Step 2: Set a title and schedule for the new course session, and other details.

Add the Video File for On-Demand Sessions.

You can use a YouTube video, live course replay, or upload a pre-recorded video. For uploaded pre-recorded videos supported video files are *.webm, *.mov, *.mp4, or *.m4v with a size limit of 2 GB.

Note: Add a placeholder video if you don't have your video ready yet then just edit it later. The video source has to be changed no less than 10 minutes into the start of the session.

You have the option to upload your handout or do it later.

Step 3: Click Add Session.

Step 4: Click Save


Cancel the Course

To cancel your course, you will need to archive it instead. Click the three dots to the right then click Archive.

Before archiving the course, we recommend sending a custom email notification to your registrants to notify them that the course is canceled.
