Upload and Play Videos in Course Sessions

Insert pre-recorded videos to play during a live session on CourseNinja

Updated over a week ago

You can play any video from your library during a live session. This includes videos uploaded from YouTube or your own drives, as well as replays of past live sessions hosted on WebinarNinja.

You can upload videos in the session room or in your media library.

Note: Supported file extensions are WEBM, MOV, MP4, M4V up to 2 GB

To play videos

Step 1: Click the Video icon on the left sidebar to open your video library.

Step 2: Choose a video from Uploaded, YouTube, or Replays then click Add Video.

The video will immediately start playing on the main screen. Hover your mouse on the video and click the arrows or expand button over the recorded video stream if you want to make it fullscreen, hiding your live video stream (and any other stream).

To exit fullscreen, click the arrows again.

โ€‹Note: It's not possible to pause/play videos in a webinar.

To stop the video or close the stream, click the Video icon on the sidebar.

While the video plays your students would still be able to hear you. If you want, you can temporarily mute your mic from settings.
