How to Edit Email Notifications
Edit existing notifications and reset them to default settings, notifying your registrants about upcoming webinars.
You can customize these emails or add up to 10 custom emails per webinar.

To Edit Email Notifications
Step 1: Access the Email Editor
- Navigate to the "My Webinars" section and find the webinar for which you want to edit email notifications.
- Click the "More" button and then select "Email Notifications."

Step 2: Editing Email Notifications
- From here, you'll find the email notifications for the webinar. To edit, click Edit Email to the right of each email notification.
- Edit the subject and message body as you wish.

Note: Images and HTML codes are not supported. Plain text formatting is available.
- Use any of the tags on the right to automatically populate the email with webinar details. Simply click to add.
- To disable an email, click the "Active" toggle to prevent it from sending.
- To save the customized email as a default for all future webinars of the same type, toggle "Save as Default."
- Send a test email to yourself by clicking "Send Test Email."
Note: The webinar link from a test email is a dummy link. In the actual email, your registrants will receive their unique webinar link.
- Click "Save" to apply your changes.
To Reset Email Notifications to Default
Step 1: Delete all custom emails.
Step 2: Click "Edit Email" beside the email notification that needs resetting.
Ensure the "Email Notification Status" is set to Active and "Save as Default" is toggled ON.
Step 4: Click "Save."
Note: These changes will apply to all future webinars of the same type.
