How to Manage Your Account Settings

To Change Your Avatar
Step 1: Click the Account Settings icon on the left menu or click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page, then click "Account Settings."
Step 2: Click the "Change Avatar" icon.
Step 3: Click "Add Image" and select a .jpg file (up to 25 MB) from your computer.
Step 4: A window will appear from which you can select a photo from your computer. Choose the one you want to use. Click the icons above your photo to crop, flip, rotate and zoom in/out before clicking Save.
A confirmation message will pop up and your uploaded photo will be immediately set as your avatar and saved in your account. Refresh the page to see changes.
Photos you uploaded will be saved on this page. You can select any saved images as your avatar by hovering your cursor over the image and clicking the check icon. Remove any saved image by clicking the trash bin icon.
To Change Your Company Name
Step 1: Go to your Account Settings page.
Step 2: In the "Company Name" field, type your new company name
Step 3: Click "Update Settings."
To Change Your Password
Step 1: Go to your Account Settings page.
Step 2: Under 'Account Settings', scroll down to change your password.
Step 3: On the 'New Password' and 'Retype New Password' fields, enter your new password.
Step 4: Click Update Password. A message will then be displayed confirming the change.
To Change Your Account Email Address
Step 1: Go to your Account Settings page.
Step 2: In the Account Email field, enter a new email address.
Step 3: Click "Update Settings."
Step 4: Your new email address will receive an email containing a validation link. Click the link to validate your account, and you're all set!
To Change Your Display Name
Step 1: Go to your Account Settings page.
Step 2: On the Display Name field, enter your preferred name.
Step 3: Click "Update Settings."
To Change your Correspondence Email Address
Step 1: Go to your "Account Settings" page.
Step 2: On the Correspondence Email field, enter a new email address. This can be different from your account email address.
Step 3: Click "Update Settings."
To Make Courses GDPR-Compliant
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), businesses and other organizations are required to be transparent regarding how they use customers' email addresses and other personal information.

Step 1: Click Account Settings from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click "GDPR Compliance."
Step 3: Select "Show to everyone after they opt-in."
Step 4: Click "Update Settings."
To Change Your Date and Time Settings
Step 1: Go to your "Account Settings" page and click "Date and Time."
Step 2: Setting Your Preferences
- Select your timezone region.
- Specify your timezone.
- Choose a date format.
- Select from a 24-hour or 12-hour clock format for your account.
Step 3: After making your selections, click "Update Settings" to apply the changes.
Special Notes on Daylight Saving Time
- Automatic Adjustments: When Daylight Saving Time begins or ends, the timezone in your account will adjust automatically.
- Course Scheduling: Be aware that courses scheduled during a timezone change will not automatically adjust. You may need to reschedule your courses to accommodate the shift in time.
- Non-Observance Areas: For users in areas like Arizona, USA, where Daylight Saving is not observed, set your timezone to "America/Phoenix -07:00 Mountain Time," which does not change throughout the year.
