  1. Go to Account Settings > Pricing Plan

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click WebinarNinja Subscription

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

 

 

 

What Happens After You Cancel?

 

  • Your account stays active until your current billing period ends

  • After that, access will be removed

  • Be sure to back up any important data beforehand

 

About Refunds

 

We don’t offer refunds or partial credits for unused time, but rest assured:

  • You’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle

  • You won’t be charged again after cancellation

  • If you come back later, we’ll be happy to help you start fresh
