WebinarNinja makes it easy for you to record and access webinar replays, maximizing the value of your Live and Hybrid webinars.

With WebinarNinja's Rapid Replay Technology™, webinar replays become available within seconds after your webinar ends. These replays mirror the exact content of your webinar, including layouts, slides, screen shares, and even chat messages.

How It Works

Recording automatically starts when you click "Start Broadcast" and stops when you click "Stop Broadcast." Registrants will receive a replay email with their access link, sent 2 hours after the webinar ends. Additionally, the registration page remains open for new registrants to catch up on your presentation and engagement with live attendees.

Watch or Download Replays

On the 'My Webinars' page, find the webinar under 'Past Webinars.'

For single Live and Hybrid webinars, click 'Options' next to the webinar title, then click 'Watch Replay' or 'Download Replay.'

For Live Series webinars, click 'Show All' to the right-hand side of the webinar title to view webinar sessions. Choose a specific session and click the options icon next to it, then click 'Watch Replay' or 'Download Replay.'

Alternatively, you can find your replays in the 'Media Library'. Navigate to Videos and click on Replays.

Limit or Disable Access to a Replay

On the 'My Webinars' page, find the webinar replay under 'Past Webinars.'

For single Live and Hybrid webinars, click 'Options' next to the webinar title, then click 'Webinar Settings.'

For Live Series webinars, click 'Show All' to the right-hand side of the webinar title to view webinar sessions. Choose a specific session and click the options icon next to it, then click 'Webinar Settings.'

Scroll down to 'Webinar Replay Expiration' and choose one of the following options:

  • No Expiration: Keep the replay available indefinitely (default setting).

  • Expire After: Specify the number of days the replay remains accessible from the webinar date.

  • No Replay After Webinar: Prevent registrants from accessing the replay and close the webinar for post-webinar registrations.

Optionally, set these changes as default for all your webinars by selecting the checkbox at the bottom of the page.

Click 'Save Changes' to finalize your settings.

How Attendees Access Replays

By default, your attendees will receive an email notification about the webinar replay 2 hours after the webinar ends. They can click on their unique access link to watch the replay. They do not have the option to download it. On the replay, chat messages will also be replayed.
