In the unlikely event that you lose connection while live streaming your webinar, here are some troubleshooting tips:

Step 1: Ensure a strong and stable internet connection. We strongly recommend using a hardwired Internet connection. If you can only connect through Wi-Fi, be sure that your signal is at 100%, and be as close to your router as possible. You can also check the signal bar on top of the video to check your connection status.

Step 2: If the signal status is poor or bad, close any program running on your computer that may be consuming bandwidth. Disconnect any other devices connected to the same network as your computer, which may also be consuming bandwidth.

Step 3: Reload the webinar studio. You will be temporarily disconnected, but you will be able to return. Your attendees will remain in the webinar studio as you disconnect and reconnect. There is a 5-minute grace period to reconnect to your webinar.

To reload the webinar studio:

  • Click the settings icon on the left side of the studio.

  • On the pop-up window, click the Reset Webinar button.

  • The page will briefly reload, then the same settings window will appear. Click Enter The Studio, and you will be reconnected.
