In Automated or recorded webinars, attendees can post questions in the dedicated Questions tab which will be visible to everyone who joins the webinar.
Answer questions inside the webinar studio anytime. You will be responding via a direct email to the attendee who posted the question.
To answer questions
Go to the webinar studio of the recorded webinar. In My Webinars, find the webinar session you want to answer questions for.
Click Show All to the right of the webinar title.
Click the play icon to the right of the webinar session.
In the webinar studio, you’ll find questions from attendees on the right side of the page. Click Answer by Email to respond via a direct email to the attendee who posted the question.
