How to Customize Your Webinar Registration Page

 

Customizing the landing page of your webinar is a key step in creating a branded, engaging experience for your attendees. From logos to colors, each element can reflect your brand’s identity and improve engagement.

1. Open the Page Builder

 

Navigate to My Webinars and find the webinar you wish to edit. Click Options to the right of the webinar, then select Registration Page from the drop-down menu to open the page builder.

2. Select a Page Template

 

In the top left corner, click the drop-down menu to view available templates. WebinarNinja offers four templates: Minimal, Detailed, Neat, and Detailed Video.

 

 

Tip: Save frequently used templates under My Saved Templates for future use.

 

After selecting a template, click Select.

 

3. Customize the Registration Page

 
3.1 Set Up the Background
Choose a background option from the buttons in the upper left corner of the page:
 
 
a. Select From Gallery: Browse the WebinarNinja gallery or your uploaded images. Choose an image and click Save.
 

b. Upload New Image: Use an image with a resolution of 1920x1080 in .jpg, .gif, or .png format under 2 MB.
 

c. Remove Image: To use a plain background, click the image button, then click Remove Image.
 
 
Adjust the background color with the color picker or manually enter a hex code.
 
 
3.2 Add Your Logo
Click the logo placeholder, then the image button. Upload an image (recommended resolution: 250x250, max size: 2 MB). Images with higher resolution will be adjusted to fit.
 
 
3.3 Add a Title Image (Neat Template Only)
Add an image next to the webinar title by clicking the image placeholder and the image button. Recommended resolution: 580x580.
 
Note: This image will not be visible on mobile devices in portrait mode.
 
 
3.4 Edit the Registration Button
Modify the button color using the color button next to it. To change the text color, click the A button. For further customization of the button text, refer to the button text editing guide.
 
 
3.5 Add Details About Your Webinar
 

Click on any text area to edit and format. Supported formatting options include:

  • Font, size, and color
  • Text styles: bold, italic, underline
  • Alignment: left, center, right
  • Hyperlinks
  • Tags to auto-populate webinar-specific details

 

3.6 Edit the Bullet Points Section
Edit individual bullet points by clicking on the text area.
 
 
To adjust the number of bullet points or disable the section, click an empty area within the section and select Edit Section.
 

 

From here, you can change the number of bullet points or disable the entire section.

 

 
3.7 Edit the Host Section
Add details about yourself or promote a product in this section.
 
 
Upload a host image (recommended resolution: 170x170, max size: 2 MB), or leave it blank to allow the text to adjust automatically.
 
 
Tip: You can add co-host details or additional product information by editing the section layout.

 
You can also adjust the bottom section of the page, which may include another calendar and registration area, a countdown timer, or social media sharing buttons.
 
 
Note: You can disable the countdown timer or social media buttons by clicking an empty area within the section and toggling the options off.

 

4. Preview the Page

 

Click Preview in the top right corner to see how the registration page will look to your viewers.

 
 

5. Click Save


Once you're satisfied with the design, click Save.

 

 

You can also save the page as a template for future webinars or set it as the default for webinars of the same type.
