How to Manage and Access Your Media Library
Easily access all your saved media in one place, including images, templates, videos, slides, and documents. Whether you’re organizing content for your registration or thank you pages, WebinarNinja’s Media Library has you covered.

Accessing Your Media Library
1. Click the Media Library icon on the left sidebar.
Webinar Page Templates
All templates saved for your registration and thank you pages are stored here.
Images
The images you've uploaded for your webinar pages and offers are stored in this section.
- Note: Supported formats include *.jpg, *.jpeg, and *.png, with a maximum size of 25 MB.
- Action: To add a new image, click Add Image.
- Hover over each thumbnail to see options like editing or deleting.
Videos
Store and manage all your video content here, including those for live webinars, registration pages, and thank you pages.
- Tip: You can upload videos in *.webm, *.mov, *.mp4, or *.m4v formats, with a size limit of 2 GB.
- Action: To upload a new video, click Add Video. You can also add a YouTube video link and set custom start and end times.

Presentation Slides
Organize and access presentation slides for your webinars.
- Tip: Supported formats include *.key, *.ppt, and *.pptx, with a size limit of 500 MB.
- Action: To add a new presentation, click Add Presentation.

Documents
Upload and manage documents that can be used as handouts during your webinars.
- Tip: Supported document formats include *.doc, *.docx, *.key, *.pdf, *.ppt, *.pptx, *.rtf, *.xls, and *.xlsx, with a size limit of 100 MB.
- Action: To add a new document, click Add File.
- Hover over each thumbnail to see more options.
