To log into a webinar

After registering for a webinar, you'll receive a confirmation email and additional reminders as the webinar approaches. Open any email from the webinar host, and you'll find a webinar link.

Click the webinar link and you'll be taken to the countdown page of the webinar if the webinar hasn't started yet.

You can enter the studio as early as 10 minutes before the webinar start time. This is when the button to actually join the webinar will become available.

The Webinar Page

Once logged in, you will see the webinar screen and Chat area on the side.

You can send a private message to the host of the webinar and have them message you back by clicking on the host avatar.

Hover your mouse over your chat message and click the ellipsis(three dots) on the side to edit, remove or convert your message to a question.

Ask questions in the Questions area to avoid them being lost in the general chat.

If applicable, respond to Polls in the 3rd tab on the right.

See if there are any Offers in the next tab.

Check out Handouts the host may have provided in the last tab to the right.

If enabled by the host, you can ask to become a Presenter by clicking the + sign in the Chat area and clicking Ask to become a Presenter. Presenters can share their webcam, mic, and screen with the rest of the audience.

Attending on mobile

Attendees can join and view the webinar on their iPhones, Android, tablets, or iPad.

Note: Due to a restriction on mobile browsers, pre-recorded webinars, as well as videos in live webinars, may not auto-play. Attendees on mobile devices must tap on the videos to manually play them, as soon as the host brings them up onscreen.

Click the webinar link from the confirmation email or from any of the email reminders from the host.

Depending on your device settings you will be prompted to choose the browser to open the link with. We recommend Safari for iOS devices and Google Chrome for Android devices.
