Safari browsers may not allow videos to automatically play on webinars. It is important to enable this setting in the browser.
Step 1: While inside the webinar studio, click Safari in the top menu bar.
Step 2: Select "Settings for this website".
Step 3: Go to the right of Auto-Play, and click the pop-up menu to choose your preferred option:
Allow All Auto-Play
Stop Media with Sound
Never Auto-Play
Step 4: Reload the page to apply the settings and be ready to join the webinar!
When you log in to the webinar page using Safari, you will get the same instructions in a popup as seen below to make sure you're all set!
