Offer a limited-time discount or reward your loyal subscribers with a special coupon code. Provide discounts in either monetary value or percentage for customized time periods, as well as the ability to choose an expiration date.

Setting up coupon codes

Click the Account Settings icon on the left sidebar then Click Coupons.

Click Create a new coupon.

Enter the Coupon Name which will serve as your reference. This can be different from the coupon code below.

Choose if you want the Discount Type as Percentage or Fixed Amount.

For a Percentage coupon, the price is reduced by that percent.

For Fixed Amount, enter the actual value of the discount.

For this example, we will use a 20% discount.

Enter the unique Coupon Code. This can be an alphanumeric combination or a word that students will enter during the checkout process when purchasing your course.

Set up the coupon code expiration:

No expiry date: The coupon code will be available indefinitely.

Custom: Specify the start and end date the coupon code will be available.

Next, indicate the number of times the coupon code can be used:

Unlimited: The coupon code can be used an unlimited number of times but is still subject to the specified timeframe.

Limit to: The number of times the coupon code can be redeemed.

Select the course you want your coupon code to apply.

Select All Courses to make the coupon code applicable to all ongoing published courses or choose a specific course(will be available soon).

Finally, click Create.

Edit Your Coupon Code

Go over to your Coupons page to view all the coupon codes you've created for your courses.

To make changes to a coupon code, simply click on the pencil icon on the right side.

A pop-up window will appear where you can edit your coupon code details. Once done, click Update.

If you wish to remove a coupon code permanently, click on the trash can icon.

Should you wish to temporarily deactivate a coupon code, just toggle the Active switch.

Note: Once a coupon code is deleted or inactive, it won't be applicable on the checkout page any longer.

Share Your Coupon Code

Go to your Coupons page within your account.

Select the specific coupon code you wish to share, and click on Copy next to that code.

Paste the copied coupon code into your email campaign, advertisement, landing page, website, and across all your marketing channels.

How it works

Here’s how people sign up for your paid course with a coupon.

Students click on the register button and will be prompted to enter their email address.

The registration form indicates the full price of the course as well as an option to enter a coupon code.

Students can enter the coupon code in the next window.

The next screen will show a confirmation message and the reduced price if the coupon code was successfully applied.

Students need to follow the prompt to continue the signing-up process.
