To access and download your webinar replays on WebinarNinja, you have two options:
Option 1: Access from the Media Library
Log in to your WebinarNinja account. This will take you to the My Webinars section.
Click on the Media Library icon located on the left-side menu.
Navigate to the Video section and click on Replays.
Here, you can preview or download any recording as needed.
Option 2: Access Replays From My Webinars Page
Go to the My Webinars page.
Under the Past Webinars tab, locate the webinar you want.
Click on Options and select either Watch Replay or Download Replay.
Step 1: Under the Options menu, click on Webinar Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Webinar Replay Expiration section.
Step 3: Choose one of the following options:
No Expiration: Keep the replay accessible indefinitely.
Expire After: Set a specific number of days for replay access.
No Replay After Webinar: Disable access to the replay entirely.
