To Troubleshoot Connection Issues

Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

• Ensure you have a strong, stable internet connection, preferably a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi to avoid drops.

Step 2: Optimize Your Network

• Close any applications or tabs that are using significant bandwidth.
• Disconnect unnecessary devices from your network to free up bandwidth.

Step 3: Reload the Webinar Studio

• Click on the three dots > Video & Audio Settings from the bottom side of the studio.

• On the Configure Studio Settings, click the Reset Webinar button.

• The page will briefly reload, then the same settings window will appear. Click Enter Studio, and you will be reconnected.
