How to Customize Webinar Language and CTA Button Text
You can customize the webinar language settings and edit the call-to-action (CTA) button text across different webinar pages, including the registration page, registration form, and thank you page. This helps you create a more localized and user-friendly webinar experience for global audiences.

Steps to Customize Webinar Language & CTA Buttons
1. Access Webinar Settings:

Navigate to My Webinars and locate the webinar. Then, click Settings under the webinar title.
2. Configure Webinar Language
Open the Languages section from the left panel.
Under Webinar Language, you can configure the following options:
- Apply Language Across Registration: Enable this option to display the registration experience in the selected language.
- Allow Registrants to Translate in Their Own Language: Enable this option to allow attendees to translate webinar pages into their preferred language.
Select the required language from the dropdown menu.
3. Customize Registration Page Buttons
Under Edit Buttons Text > Registration Page, edit the following CTA buttons:
- Free Webinar Registration Button
- Paid Webinar Registration Button

4. Customize Registration Form Buttons
Under the Registration Form, you can edit:
- Free Webinar Registration Button
- Paid Webinar Registration Button Step 1
- Paid Webinar Registration Button Step 2

5. Customize Thank You Page Buttons
Under the Thank You Page, edit the following buttons:
- Add to Calendar: Displayed on the Thank You page after successful registration.
- Join Webinar: Displays 10 minutes before the scheduled webinar.
- Watch Replay: Displayed on the webinar replay page.
6. Save Your Changes
After updating the language preferences and CTA button text, click Save & Next to save your changes and continue to the next webinar settings section.
You can also click Skip & Finish to save your updates without going through the remaining settings, if required.
