Find all of your media in one place, like images and templates you've saved for your registration and thank you pages, as well as videos, slides, and documents.

While size limits apply to individual files, there is no total storage limit or extra fees.

Important: Any content you upload must meet our Fair Use Policy.

To get there, click the Media Library icon on the left sidebar.

Webinar Page Templates

Templates you’ve saved for your registration and thank you pages are stored here.

Hover on each template to see more options.

Images

The images you’ve uploaded for your webinar pages and offers are stored here. You can upload from here by clicking the Add Image option. Supported image files are *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.png with a size limit of 25 MB.

Videos

Here you'll find videos to play during live webinars or place on registration pages and thank you pages.

Upload a video by clicking Add Video. Supported video files are *.webm, *.mov, *.mp4, or *.m4v with a size limit of 2 GB.

You can also add a YouTube video from here. Click YouTube, then click Add Video Link.

You can set a start and end time if you want to save only a part of the YouTube video. Also, it must be public or unlisted, not private.

Presentation Slides

Here you'll find presentation slides for your webinars. Click Add Presentation and upload any file from PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Supported slide files are *.key, *.ppt, or *.pptx, with a size limit of 500 MB.

Documents

Here you'll find documents for use as handouts to webinar attendees. Click Add File and browse for *.doc, *.docx, *.key, *.pdf, *.ppt, *.pptx, *.rtf, *.xls, or *.xlsx files with a size limit of 100 MB.
