The AI Webinar Title Assistant is a built-in tool inside WebinarNinja's Webinar Details step that generates audience- and goal-focused title suggestions. It opens as a side panel when you click Suggest next to the Webinar Title field and produces four editable title options based on your topic, audience type, tone, and goal.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Create New Webinar and reach the Webinar Details step.

Step 2: Type a working title into the Webinar Title field.

Step 3: Click Suggest next to the Webinar Title field to open the AI Assistant panel.

Step 4: Confirm the Webinar topic field, then select an Audience type, Tone, and Webinar goal chip.

Step 5: Click Generate with AI.

Step 6: Review the four AI-generated title suggestions.

Step 7: Hover over a suggestion and click Insert to add it to the Webinar Title field.

Step 8: Close the AI Assistant panel and finish the remaining Webinar Details fields.

Tip: Not happy with the four options? Click Regenerate to get a fresh set without re-entering your preferences.

Tip: Click the back arrow in the AI Assistant header to return to the Audience type, Tone, and Webinar goal chips and adjust them before generating again.

Permissions: Anyone with access to create a webinar can use the AI Assistant — no separate permission is required.
