How to Hide Attendee Count on Your Webinar Page

Webinars are a powerful tool for connecting with your audience, but sometimes you may prefer to keep certain information private. By default, the number of registrants and attendees is visible to everyone participating in the webinar. However, with just a few simple steps, you can ensure that this information remains hidden.

Access the Webinar Studio

To get started, go to 'My Webinars' and find the webinar you're working on. Click 'Enter Studio' on the right-hand side. You can access the Webinar Studio at any time before broadcasting to make the necessary adjustments.

Adjust the Studio Settings

Once inside the 'Webinar Studio', a settings window will appear automatically. In the window, click on 'Advanced Settings.' Look for the toggle switch labeled 'Show attendees count in attendee page' and switch it off.

Alternatively, you can make this change from the chat area in the Webinar Studio. Find the ellipsis (...) icon below the Chat tab and uncheck the option for 'Show attendee count.'

Now, the number of attendees will be hidden from both presenters and attendees, while still being visible to you.
