The Statistics page provides important information about your webinar. Here you can see precise numbers on registration, attendance, and more.

Step 1: Click Statistics on the left menu.  

On this page, you’ll see numbers on Unique Visits, Registrations, Attendance, and Replay Attendance for all of your webinars.

Step 2: On the dropdown menu next to Show Statistical Data For, choose the webinar for which you want information.

For automated webinars and webinar series, you’ll see the numbers for the entire set first. Choose an individual webinar from the Show Statistical Data dropdown to see statistics for that specific webinar.

The numbers found in the upper area of the page are unique visits to your registration page, registrations, attendees, and replay viewers.

The Viewing Time section shows the total time you were in the studio, including preparation time.

The Engagement section shows the percentage of attendees that participated during your webinar.

Registrants and Attendees shows the list of registrants for the webinar. The date and time of registration is shown, as is the date and time of attendance. N/A displays for registrants who did not attend. The icon to the right removes or blocks a registrant from attending the webinar. Click Export to CSV to download the data as a .csv file. To contact registrants, clicking on an email address opens your local mail app. 

Poll Results shows the polls you created for the webinar and their results. Click Export to CSV under each poll question to download as a .csv file.

Questions shows each question and comment posted on the webinar. Click Export to CSV to download the data as a .csv file.

The Chat section shows the entire thread of discussion for the webinar. Click Export to CSV to download the data as a .csv file.
