Forgot your password? No problem.

Step 1: On the login page, click Forgot Password?

Step 2: Type in your email address, then click Send Password Reset Link.

  • You will see a message that says a reset link has been sent to your email.

Step 3: Check your inbox and find the 'Mail Reset Password Token' email. In the email, click the Reset Password button or copy the link provided and paste it in another tab. 

Step 4: You will be redirected to another page, where you can type in a new password. After filling out the form, click Reset Password.

You will be taken back to your dashboard with a message confirming that your password has been reset successfully.

If your email address is not recognized:

  • If you have a WebinarNinja account from version 4.0 and your email address is not recognized, you may need to migrate your account first. 
  • If you have an existing WebinarNinja account, but your email address is not recognized, you will want to double-check whether or not you have changed your email address in the past.
