Registering for webinars couldn't be easier. Whether you've been sent a webinar link or found the webinar of your choice on the Webinar Finder, it's a snap!

You may have received a link to a public webinar and it would look like this:

https://company.webinarninja.com/live-webinars/12345/register

On the other hand, a link to a private webinar would look like this:

https://company.webinarninja.com/live-webinars/12345/register?in_tok=a2b48085-3cd8-4226-8660-4e2203fg9hij

The webinar link provided by the webinar host will lead you to the page where you can register. Click the register button to sign up.

You will be prompted for a name and email address to register. Users who are already logged into their WebinarNinja account will get immediately registered without having to fill in the registration form.

Upon registration, some webinar hosts may require registrants to provide additional consent. In that case, there are two permissions that need to be granted and you must consent to both permissions and click Submit in order to register.

  • I consent to receive emails about this webinar as well as promotional emails about your products and services.
  • I consent to allow my data to be used to personalize ads.

After registering, a registration confirmation email will be received which contains the link to access the webinar with.

Click Add To Calendar to save the date.

Choose your calendar and it will either take you to another tab showing your calendar or prompt a download to save a calendar file (.ics).
