How to Create and Share a Course?

Course Ninja lets you build a complete online course and share it with learners through a registration link. It works alongside WebinarNinja, in the same account under the Courses tab.

Why Use It?

Course Ninja walks you through building and launching a course in one place, from first draft to shareable link.

  • Building your first course — the tabbed flow moves you from details to content to settings to sharing, so nothing is missed.
  • Already running webinars — Course Ninja shares an account with WebinarNinja, so courses and live sessions work side by side.
  • Selling to learners — set a price, cap enrollments, drip content, and issue certificates without any extra tools.

Example Use Cases

  • A corporate trainer builds an onboarding course with videos and a final quiz, then shares the link with new hires.
  • A course creator sells a paid course, caps enrollment at 100, and issues a certificate on completion.
  • A webinar host embeds a live session inside a course, so registrants get both the training and the recording.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: On the My Courses dashboard, under the Courses tab, click + Create New Course.
