WebinarNinja sends you an automated notification via email whenever one of your webinars has a new registrant and whenever the host you are subscribed to has a new webinar.

New webinars from subscribed hosts

These emails are sent with the subject line, "John Smith has a new Live Webinar", where 'John Smith' is the name of the host and 'Live Webinar' is the type of webinar they published. When you are subscribed to other WebinarNinja hosts, you will be alerted whenever they have upcoming public webinars. Click here to learn more.

New registrants for your webinars

These emails are sent with the subject line, "New registrant for Webinar 'Live Webinar: 5 Steps to Delivering an Effective Webinar'", where 'Live Webinar' is the type of webinar followed by the webinar title. When you have an upcoming webinar, you will be alerted whenever there is a new registrant.

These notifications are enabled by default. You can disable the notifications by following the steps below.

Step 1: Click the Account Settings icon on the menu to the left.

  • Scroll down to 'Notification Settings'.

Step 2: Click to disable or enable the following settings...

...then click Save Changes.

Note: These settings only affect the automated notifications mentioned above which are not the same as the reminder emails for webinars you are registered for or the newsletters from webinar hosts that you follow.
