Ideally, a good webinar is interactive, involving lots of discussion with your audience. But when you can't address an attendee's question immediately, it's important to go back and follow up. This is where the chat log comes in. This feature stores every discussion for your later reference. You can even export these conversations as a file.

Statistics may become available in an hour after your webinar. 

Step 1: Click Statistics on the left menu.

Step 2: On the dropdown menu next to Show Statistical Data For, choose the webinar for which you want information. You will then see statistics for that webinar.

For automated and series webinars, you’ll see overall numbers for the entire set first. Choose the individual webinar you want to view from the Show Statistical Data For dropdown for statistics from that specific webinar.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Chat section. This displays the entire thread of discussion on the webinar. To download the data as a .csv file, click Export to CSV.
