You can change your plan to meet your needs, whenever you wish.
All plans are paid in advance for their term, monthly or annually. Upon changing plans, your account will either be charged for the difference or credited for any remaining balance which will be spent on your next billing.
Note: If you're on an annual plan, you can switch to another annual plan but not to a monthly plan.
Step 1: Click the Account Settings icon on the sidebar.
Click Pricing Plan.
On this page, you can see the next plan up in blue and all of the plans further down.
Step 2: Choose a plan.
First, set your preferred attendee limit.
Next, scroll down to see more details on each plan. Click the Upgrade button to select one.
Step 3: Confirm your selection.
Choose to pay annually or monthly and check the amount due.
You can use the existing card on file or unclick the checkbox to enter a new one.
Click Change Plan.
You will see a confirmation of your new subscription.
