Step 1: Open the Page Builder

On the My Courses page, find the Course you want to edit. Your course can be found under Published Courses, Past Courses, or Drafts. Click Manage Course, then select Thank You Page Template from the drop-down menu.

On the next page is the Page Builder.

Step 2: Customize the Thank You Page

Set up the background.

Click the buttons in the upper left corner and choose:

a. Change Section Parameter - enable or disable the sections that you would like to be shown on the Thank You Page of your Course.

b. Change Section Image - Choose a stock image or any image you have already uploaded in the past.

To select an image, click on Change Section Image then click Select From Gallery. CourseNinja allows you to use any of the stock images or your uploaded ones.

Choose an image then click Select.

To upload a new image click the My Gallery tab and then click Add Image.


Click Browse, select your preferred image, then click Upload. Use an image with a resolution of 1920x1080. Supported formats are .jpg, .gif, .png up to 25 MB. It may be adjusted according to the amount of text on the title section of the page and the size of the viewer’s screen.

To remove an image background click the Change Section Image button and then click Remove Image.

c. Change Section Background - Changes the background color or opacity of the section.

Add details about your Course

Add a description of the Course that you offer on the thank you page. Click on any text area to edit and bring up formatting options. All languages are supported.

The following text formatting options are available:

  1. Font

  2. Text size

  3. Text color

  4. Text highlight color

  5. Text styles - bold, italic, underlined, Strike

  6. Text alignment - left, center, right

  7. Link - turn plain texts into hyperlinks

  8. Clear formatting

  9. Undo and Redo

  10. Tags to auto-populate with coure-specific details

Edit Social Media Section

The social media section can be disabled by clicking Change Section Parameters.

Step 3: Preview the page

See what the thank you page would look like for registrants by clicking the Preview button in the top right corner.

Step 4: Save the thank you page

Click Save and Continue to save your thank you page. Once saved, the edited version will be saved as your thank you page.
