Create a webinar series for online classes, courses, or summits, where only a one-time registration is needed for all webinars in the series. 

Each webinar can either be live or pre-recorded. 

For pre-recorded webinars, you can use a past live webinar or a video uploaded to YouTube.

Step 1: Click Create Webinar at the top right corner of your screen. You can also click the blue +Create New Webinar button on the dashboard.

Step 2: You will be taken to the Create New Webinar page. Select the type of webinar you prefer. In this case, click Series.

Step 3: Scroll down and fill in the details of your webinars. Start by giving the series a snappy title.

Step 4: Set how many webinars there will be in this series.

Step 5: The series will be set as Free by default. If you'd like to charge for it, select Paid and set a price. You will need to integrate with Stripe beforehand. The currency will depend on the settings in your Stripe account.

Step 6: Give the first webinar a name. It can have its own separate title, or simply share the title of the whole series.

Step 7: Hosted By will be pre­populated with your account name. If you're
hosting the webinar with a guest speaker or presenter, add them as a co-host.

Step 8: Set the date, start time, and duration of your webinar. The time zone used
here depends on your Account Settings.

Step 9: Choose the type of webinar for the first one in the series. 

Selecting Live will allow you to go live on camera and deliver the webinar in real time. 

When you select Recorded, you will get two more options. You can use a past live webinar by selecting the option Select From My Webinar Replays then choosing a webinar from the dropdown.

Otherwise, select the option Use YouTube Video and enter its URL. Be sure there are no extra characters and/or spaces inadvertently placed with the URL.

Note: Unlisted YouTube video will work but not private videos.

Step 10: Scroll down the page and repeat steps 6 through 9 for each webinar in the series.

Step 11: Click Create Webinar Series. You're good to go!

Note: As soon as a registrant signs up to your webinar series, they will get a registration confirmation email containing all the links to each webinar. If you decide to add more webinars to the series, those already registered will not get registered for the newly added webinar. This is because they opted in for the number of webinars you originally set. Existing registrants to your webinar series will have to manually register for the new webinar in the series.
