Manage questions, polls, offers, and handouts in an automated webinar

Once your automated webinar is set up and published, you can start creating polls, offers, and handouts as well as enabling or disabling the questions area.

Note: Polls, Offers, and handouts created in the studio would carry over to the other sessions.

To start setting up your automated webinar, you will need to enter the webinar studio first. To enter the studio, click Show All and then click the Enter Studio icon.

Enabling or Disabling the Questions Area:

Inside the webinar studio, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and the toggle for Enable Questions should appear. By default, the toggle is enabled. You can toggle this off if you'd like to disable the questions area.

Answering Questions Offline:

In the webinar studio, you'll find questions from attendees on the right side of the page. Click on Answer by Email to respond via direct email to the attendee.

Adding Polls:

You can add Polls inside the webinar studio by clicking the Polls tab in the upper right corner of the page and then click Create New Poll.

Fill up the needed information for your Poll and once everything is all set, click on Save.

Adding Offers:

To add offers, click on the Offer tab on the upper right corner of the page and then click Create New Offer.

Add information on your offer by filling up the fields. You may also add an image and change the button color. Once everything is good to go, click on Save.

Upload Attendee Handouts:

To upload handouts for your attendees, click on the handouts tab right beside the offer tab and click on Create New Handout

Add a title for the handout and you may also add a short description. Click +Add File and choose the handout that you will want to share with your attendees.

Once the file is uploaded, click on Save.
