WebinarNinja automatically records live and hybrid webinars, so you can use the replays in any way you want.

WebinarNinja's Rapid Replay Technology™ ensures that your webinar replay is ready in seconds after your live event. Your replay will look exactly like your live broadcast- exact layouts, slides, and share screen.

The recording starts when you click Start Broadcast and ends when you click Stop Broadcast.

The replay will then become available for registrants to watch on the replay page. Replay email will be sent out to registrants automatically. Go with our template email that goes out 2 hours after the broadcast ends or you can create a custom email notification to go out minutes after.

You can also leave the replay available for new registrants! After your webinar ends, your registration page remains open for new registrants to access the replay and see the chat messages and questions from live attendees.

To watch or download a replay

Note: It may take up to 60 minutes for your webinar replay to process after your webinar ends before it becomes available for you to view and/or download.

In My Webinars: Find the webinar you want to watch under Past Webinars.

For live webinars, click Options to the right of the webinar title then click Watch Replay or Download Replay.

Clicking the download icon takes you to another page. From there, click the three-dot icon at the bottom right of the video then click Download.

Hybrid Webinar Replay

When a hybrid webinar ends a broadcast, the webinar replay will be processed within two hours. Once the replay is available, webinar registrants can watch the replay anytime.

Webinar attendees can watch the replay by clicking on the webinar replay link from the email notification that they received.

Here’s a screenshot of what the registrants will see after they clicked on the webinar replay link. Registrants can click on the “Watch Replay” button to view the replay.

While watching the replay, webinar registrants will have the option to watch the replay on full screen by clicking the full-screen icon.
